Description
In some situations, "Regular Stiff" is just not stiff enough. For these special cases, we developed the GRAF Washington. Most manufacturers do not offer stock model skates with this degree of stiffness, and as a result, skaters who need an extra stiff skate have no possiblity to buy such a skate and reach their full potential. GRAF Washington uses the same base design as the Edmonton Special. By laminating additional reinforcements to the synthetic velours suede upper material and a few additional modifications unique to GRAF the Washington is. made "Extra Stiff". To compensate for the added rigidity of the boot very comfortable collar padding is used to protect the lower leg from friction and injury.

Washington is often preferred by pair skaters that need to lift their partner or have harder impacts when jumping. Especially tall and heavy skaters can also profit from the extra stability.
