Description
The GRAF Windsor has been developed especially for professional skaters searching for more flexibility in their ankle movements. Based on the same cuts and forms of custom skates we engineered for world class skaters such as Carolina Kostner and Miki Ando, the upper back at the Achilles tendon position is cut down by 13 millimeters in comparison to a classic Edmonton Special. The Windsor has a large soft collar to provide maximum flex and foot extension while protecting the fragile achilles tendon area. Because of the increased range of motion tension throughout the legs is facilitated which leads to improved expression of movements on the ice. The synthetic high-quality CP93 upper material has double the amount of reinforcements to keep the boots at the same degree of stiffness and stability professional skaters require.
